He achieved considerable professional growth initially in Deutsche Bank, where he was Head of Corporate Affairs for the Triveneto and Emilia Romagna Areas, and then in the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, where he served as Deputy General Manager of the Cassa di Risparmio del Veneto. He has assumed responsibility roles in risk management and corporate banking, gaining considerable experience in assessing credit risk and companies’ needs of. He was member of the Supervisory Board of one of the main Slovenian banks and held positions of adviser in CUOA, Promex and the Padua Chamber of Commerce.
Independent Director at Deutsche Bank Mutui SpA, he has held significant managerial positions in some of the most important credit institutions, in Italy and abroad. In particular, he was Vice Director of Banca dell’Adriatico and Cassa dei Risparmi di Forlì e della Romagna. From 2015 to 2016 he was Senior Manager at Sinloc.
He is skilled in the sector of corporate credit and in the realization of systems of automatic risk assessment. He has taken part in various operations of extraordinary finance: due diligence of banks, securitizations and restructuring operations. He graduated in Economic and Social Sciences at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan.

At Sinloc since 2017, he is currently Head of the Corporate section. He graduated in Banking and Finance at the University of Padua, he then obtained the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Certification. He is skilled in business planning, strategic planning, investment analysis, corporate financial analysis, structuring of financing operations, measurement and management of financial risks for companies and financial institutions, financial and management reporting, portfolio management and project management, developed throughout more than 13 years of experience. He is a hired professor for the course of Finance & Real Options in the Master’s Degree Course in Business Administration of the University of Padua.
In the Sinloc Group since 2021, he had previous significant experiences in the ambit of applied financial research. He presented his research in the area of debt renegotiation and corporate restructuring at important Italian and international conferences, then publishing at national level. He taught in university courses and had professional experiences in Italy and abroad. Solid skills in corporate finance, financial analysis, business planning, project management, market analysis, debt renegotiation and corporate restructuring. He successfully completed the Double PhD Programme in Finance between Ca' Foscari University Venice and the University of Strasbourg.
In Sinloc Group since 2023, he is expert in the management of multi-asset investment portfolios with over 15 years of experience in multiple asset management companies (hedge funds, asset management boutique, investment banks). After an experience in the world of private equity and fintech, he gets involved into the world of real estate moving in Spain, with a focus on proptech and real estate financial analysis. He later joined Sinloc in 2023, where he worked in the Fund Management department with management responsibility of the 165 million euro Tourism Thematic Fund.
